The members area for GSC Chartered Surveyors is used by Banks and other estate agents to request GSC to perform valuations on properties.
The project required a secure login facility coupled with standard user profile editing capabilities. Email notifications drive a workflow system enabling customers to request valuations while the status could be tracked. Reporting facilites were also included to provide management statistics.
