Virtual Outsourcing required a bespoke IT solution to interact with its client base and provide it's excellent adminstrative services. The project involved many areas of functionality including;

• Client registration facility with profile editing and usual password/username recovery facilities
• Secure file upload facility named 'Virtual Briefcase'. Allowed clients to upload audio transcriptions and download the resulting word processed transcriptions
• Message alerts as key events were triggered, eg file uploaded or completed
